Step 1: Prepare the Filling

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds, then sauté onion, ginger, and chili.
  2. Add mashed potatoes, peas, turmeric, garam masala, and salt.
  3. Cook 4–5 minutes. Let it cool completely.

Step 2: Fill and Fold Samosas

  1. Cut spring roll sheets into rectangles or triangles.
  2. Fill each with 1 tbsp of potato mixture.
  3. Fold into triangles and seal edges with flour paste.

Step 3: Air Fry

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
